Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of multiple projects in built‐form CAPEX projects across planning, procurement, design management and delivery phases. Your responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeed
1. Leading in the development and delivery of project plans, schedules, budgets and reporting documentation
2. Oversight of procurement activities, consultant coordination, and contract administration
3. Preparing business cases, risk registers, status reports and government‐style documentation
4. Coordinating stakeholder engagements and ensuring project milestones are met
5. Providing analytical, administrative and technical support to project managers
6. Contributing to high‐quality outcomes for government and public sector clients
What you'll get in return
7. Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (mandatory)
8. Proven experience in the delivery of capital works or built‐form projects, ideally within a client‐side, consultancy, or government environment
9. Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, design development and delivery processes
10. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and documentation
11. High attention to detail, organisational capability and the ability to manage competing priorities
