Operational Leadership Position

Main Responsibilities
* Lead the national facilities management function, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations throughout the organization.
* Develop and implement a nationwide facilities maintenance plan, focusing on continuous improvement in service efficiency.
* Oversee energy management and environmental performance, collaborating with sustainability teams to achieve strategic targets.
* Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and contractual agreements.
To succeed, you'll need:
* 10–15 years of experience in facilities management or property leadership roles, preferably in retail environments.
* Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance systems, building compliance, and OH&S regulations.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets, contracts, and supplier partnerships.
Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience in facilities management, engineering, or related disciplines (trade qualifications highly regarded).
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to balance delivery and long-term planning.
