Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Specialist to join our Richmond, VIC team on-site. In this role, the candidate will actively engage with potential clients, build relationships, and promote our wide range of signage solutions. Daily tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, handling customer inquiries, negotiating deals, and collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing training and support to clients and team members, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address client needs effectively.
* Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to train others and provide clear guidance on product offerings and sales techniques.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
* Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VIC, and collaborate effectively with the team.
