**About the role.**
We are currently searching for an experienced Performance & Reward Manager to join our Global Performance & Reward Centre of Expertise (CoE), based in our Brisbane office. Our Global Performance & Reward CoE provides contemporary advice and solutions, across the full remit of performance and reward to our global business, to enable Domino's to deliver on its purpose and mission.
Key responsibilities of the position will include:
- Deliver global performance and reward programs including annual remuneration review cycles, incentive and equity plans, recognition and benefits.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a variety of matters including remuneration, benchmarking, incentive plans, global mobility and policies.
- Manage international talent mobility cases with external vendors and provide ongoing support to the expatriate population.
- Support the preparation and delivery of governance activities including the Remuneration Report and Remuneration Committee papers.
**About you.**
- Demonstrated experience of performance and reward frameworks, policies and practices in large complex organisations, preferably with experience in international markets.
- Experience managing complex variable incentive programs, including STI and LTI programs.
- Deep knowledge and experience with the legislative frameworks related to remuneration.
- Proven business partnering and collaboration skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
- Well rounded skills in influencing, negotiation and advisory as essential.
- Proven ability to manage change and communication across diverse business areas.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
