Role Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and mentor the Property Management team
Oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio
Manage landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and care
Handle leasing, maintenance, and inspections
Drive business growth and profitability through service excellence
Resolve complex tenancy matters with confidence and authority
What You'll Bring:
Solid Property Management experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Drive, accountability, and a genuine passion for the industry
