Our company is seeking an experienced baker to join our team as a skilled artisan bread-maker.
About the Role:
* Mix and develop doughs with natural pre-ferments and hand-moulding techniques
* Ensure equipment cleanliness and raw material quality before production runs
* Operate machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
* Assist with tasks such as glazing buns and decorating cakes
Key Qualifications:
* AQF Certificate III or IV in baking, plus 2 years of on-the-job training
* Past experience in artisan bread-making
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills
* Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
