**What you'll do
**As our Replenishment Assistant, you will own the ongoing stock management of our extended range; tracking purchase orders from inception to delivery and liaising with suppliers and CFCs/E-stores to ensure our OOS% is below targets. You will play a critical role with the onboarding of new suppliers and / or new extended range categories to the WOW ecosystem, conducting end-to-end PO system testing and ensuring suppliers understand and comply with CFC/E-Store delivery guidelines.
- Manage and track purchase orders from inception to delivery - engaging with Suppliers on the dispatch and receival of POs
- Facilitating the solutions to ensure adequate stock is in CFCs & E-Stores by liaising with suppliers and internal Ops and forecasting / replenishment stakeholders
- Investigate OOS issues by supplier and CFC/E-Store to ensure OOS is at zero
- Test PO in the system, monitoring end to end - ensuring suppliers can receive POs in terms of system communication Work with the relevant parties within Woolworths At Work, Big W and WOW Global Sourcing to design and operate Woolworths At Work's imported Own Brand replenishment process
