About the Role
You will lead quality improvement processes through collaborative development of Social Work clinical practices, policies and protocols, including participation in clinical research activities to support quality outcomes for clients. You will focus on best practice health outcomes for clients across our region, and drive and create a positive workplace culture through respectful communication, balancing the needs of staff and service delivery outcomes.
