This is a Recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time or Casual, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse's to join the Community Health team based in Carnarvon, Midwest region.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Ability to apply primary health care principles in practice relevant to the Community Health setting.
* Experience in Community nursing and post graduate qualifications or working towards one.
* Demonstrated knowledge of delivering health promotion programs.
* Effective verbal and written skills, especially advocacy and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Please ensure you provide relevant clinical application examples of your skills and knowledge when addressing the selection criteria.
Position Profile: This position provides child health, school health and immunisation services to Carnarvon and the Gascoyne district.

Selection Criteria: Please see the attached Job Description Form is an "open-ended" recruitment pool, and as such the following should be noted:
* The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and will assess on a regular basis.
* Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made, similar vacancies may be offered for sites throughout the Midwest region.
* Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2025.

The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles - on fixed term or permanent contracts at eligible locations. Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 in support over 12 months.
