Overview
Cathara Consulting is supporting a major program, one of Western Australia's most significant long-term infrastructure initiatives. We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced change and transformation professionals to help establish and operate a Change Management Office (CMO) supporting organisational, technology and operational change across the program. This is an opportunity to work on a major transformation program and help shape how change is governed, delivered and embedded.
We are looking for suitably experienced resources including a CMO Lead, Senior Change Manager, Change Analyst and Change Coordinator.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the establishment of the Change Management Office and oversee change delivery across the program.
* Establish the CMO operating model and governance
* Lead the program change roadmap and sequencing
* Provide executive advice on change strategy
* Implement change reporting and adoption metrics
Experience
10+ years change leadership
Experience in large transformation or infrastructure programs
Senior Change Manager
Experience
7–10 years change management experience
Key responsibilities
* Deliver change management across program initiatives.
* Conduct impact assessments and develop change plans
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops
* Support leadership alignment and culture initiatives
Change Analyst – Training & Adoption
Key responsibilities
* Training needs analysis and learning design
* Develop training materials and toolkits
* Measure adoption and training effectiveness
Change Coordinator – Reporting & Engagement
Key responsibilities
* Maintain change dashboards and reporting
* Coordinate workshops and engagement activities
* Support stakeholder communications and change tracking
