Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and elevate our global marketing efforts. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the skincare industry, a passion for brand development, and a proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Alpha-H's brand vision and business objectives.
* Brand Development: Enhance and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with our core values and target audience.
* Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, influencer partnerships, and events.
* Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
* Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
* Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the skincare or beauty industry.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Passion for skincare and a commitment to promoting clean, effective products
