About this Role
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced functional consultant with expertise across multiple Workday products, particularly in HCM and Payroll. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of client business requirements and be able to configure the Workday solution effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Become an expert across multiple Workday products with a focus on HCM and Payroll, and demonstrate configurations through prototype solutions.
* Understand client business needs, configure Workday solutions, assist clients in testing these solutions, and support them in translating their requirements into Workday.
* Work closely with clients to translate their legacy data into Workday solutions, and collaborate with the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
* Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge, ensuring the delivery of successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
