Now we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants more than just "running campaigns." Someone who wants ownership. Strategy exposure. Real commercial impact.

This isn't a volume marketing role. It's a performance-driven one.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll take ownership of digital activity across a portfolio of B2B tech clients, with a clear focus on lead generation and pipeline growth.

* Translating client growth goals into structured digital marketing plans
* Building and optimising multi‐channel campaigns across SEO, content, paid, and email
* Developing messaging that resonates with IT decision‐makers (C‐suite, IT Directors, MSP owners)
* Turning complex technical services into clear, persuasive content
* Tracking performance and making data‐led decisions to improve conversion
* Identifying opportunities to increase lead quality — not just lead volume.
* Contributing to strategic discussions, not just execution

You won't just "post content." You'll build systems that generate measurable demand.

What We're Looking For

This role suits someone who understands how B2B buying works - especially in technology.

You likely have:

* 2–5+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing (IT/MSP experience is a strong advantage)
* Strong content and copywriting skills — you can simplify technical topics without dumbing them down.
* Hands‐on experience with SEO and content‐led growth strategies
* Experience managing or contributing to lead generation campaigns
* Confidence using tools like Semrush, HubSpot, GA4, or similar
* A commercial mindset — you think in terms of conversion, cost per lead, and revenue impact.

Beyond skills, you:

* Take initiative and solve problems without waiting to be told.
* Care about quality and precision
* Are comfortable speaking directly with clients
* Want to become a genuine specialist in a defined niche.

If you prefer hiding behind task lists, this won't suit you.
