Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital At St John of God Subiaco Hospital we have 17 main operating theatres and one birth suite theatre. In addition, we have two cardiovascular intervention labs, an endoscopy unit with 4 procedure rooms, a surgical same day unit with 3 theatres and a standalone Eye Hospital with 3 theatres. We employ the latest in surgical technology, including robotics, and work with some of the highest calibre surgeons in Australia. We currently have opportunities for permanent part-time and casual Registered Nurses to join our team. The Position Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required Promotes and contribute to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital Provide patient education and act as a resource where appropriate Support and supervise staff and students as required, including orientating and precepting staff Contribute to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives You will hold registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse with knowledge and experience in the specialty of Anaesthetics.
