Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative campaigns and content production. This role ensures creative projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards across multiple channels.
You will work closely with design, marketing, digital, and external vendors to coordinate resources, manage workflows, and optimise production processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and oversee the production of creative projects and campaigns
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
* Ensure creative outputs meet quality, brand, and delivery standards
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for creative projects
* Implement efficient workflows and production processes
* Monitor project performance, reporting on KPIs, milestones, and delivery outcomes
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in creative production, project management, or agency operations
* Strong understanding of creative workflows, content production, and multi-channel delivery
* Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills
* Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
