Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. We have approx 25-30hrs per week available, but more hours/full time hours are available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, body treatments, IPL, skin needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and LED.
* We provide comprehensive training on advanced treatments for suitable candidates.
* Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Work as part of the Ella Bache Ipswich team to achieve salon goals.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert 4 in Beauty (exceptional Cert 3 applicants will also be considered)
* 1-2 years of in-salon experience.
* Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including Thursday evening and Saturdays.
* Australian work rights are essential for this position.
* Lash extension experience is preferred but not essential.
