Adelaide PHN is currently seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Integration and Design Officer to join our Integration team.
The Integration and Design Officer uses available evidence and intelligence to design, develop and build capacity in a range of service related activities which support integrated and coordinated primary health care.

**The Role**
Adelaide PHN commission a range of services and activities under the Population Health National Priority Area. Using the Adelaide PHN commissioning cycle, the Adelaide PHN, are currently reviewing the design, redesign and implementation of a range of activities.
The Integration and Design Officer will:
- Support planning and designing of Adelaide PHN activities in the Integration Portfolio, in line with strategic and operational need.
- Contribute to collection analysis, dissemination and use of information for the purposes of design and evaluation improvement.
- Support collaborative and integrated approaches through partnership and consultation for the purposes of design and co-design.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health field and/or experience working in primary health care.
- An in-depth understanding of the primary health care sector.
- An ability to utilise local needs assessment information and available evidence to create innovative design solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working in Primary Health Care, health promotion or health program planning and design.
- Experience using standard project management techniques.
- The ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of basic scoping and design methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, including expertise and experience in developing relationships and working collaboratively.
You may have had experience in previous roles in the primary health or aged care sector such as: Project Officer, Program Development Officer, Primary Health Care Officer, Coordinator, Senior Project Officer, Service Planning and Design Officer, Health Programs Design Specialist.
