About the Role: Adult Inpatient Mental Health Services (AIMHS) is a service within the Division of Mental Health, Justice Health, and Alcohol & Drug Services (MHJHADS) in Canberra Health Services (CHS). Reporting to the AIMHS Operational Director primarily and the Northside Clinical Director, this position will provide high-level administrative support to the AIMHS central management team, including all aspects of calendar and inbox management, high-level correspondence creation, administrative assistance with HR management, and stakeholder liaison to assist in the strategic and operational processes required for the Operational and Clinical Directors to undertake their accountabilities. This also includes the provision of high-quality customer service to the consumers and staff of MHJHADS. This position is currently based at the Canberra Hospital; however, it may be required to work across multiple sites, including 1 Moore St and the University of Canberra Hospital.
