A unique and exciting opportunity exists to join the Procare Group, a national provider of rehabilitation services and our sister company PC Ability, a dynamic NDIS provider.
The Position
We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our team.
You will be afforded the autonomy to choose your split of days based on your preference for occupational rehabilitation or NDIS clinical services.
This is a hybrid position, reporting to a primary and secondary supervisor within both service areas.
We are flexible with working hours and are seeking applicants interested in a full-time position, based in our Penrith/Parramatta offices

The Role
We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our team and contribute to both occupational rehabilitation and NDIS clinical services, with opportunities to work across service areas.
Responsibilities
Manage new referrals for one-off functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support individual recovery.
Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
Complete Activities of Daily Living Assessments and reports.
Manage the delivery and implementation of equipment or modifications.
Use clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant-centred goals specific to the client's circumstances.
Work with experienced Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals to ensure timely and quality assistance is provided to our clients.

About You
Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
Experience in occupational rehab and/or NDIS services
Current Police clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current drivers' licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
