We are seeking a vibrant and experienced Reservations Agent to deliver the highest level of guest service on a consistent basis and provide a seamless and memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities As our Reservations Agent, you will serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations, enquiries on cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximise room revenue according to The Langham brand standards. The Reservations Agent is responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs. Qualifications & Skills To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position and have proven experience in customer service, be a good communicator, and enjoy interacting with people.
