Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice. You will also conduct financial health checks to assess customers' financial situations and identify areas for improvement.
You will be responsible for educating customers about our in-branch technology and digital banking options, as well as providing solutions to problems and championing our risk-adverse culture.
Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will need to articulate complex financial terms in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you will need to be able to ask questions, find solutions, and act with integrity while placing the customer at the centre of everything you do.
