Receptionist – Full-Time - Criminal Law Firm

Smith Criminal Law is a well-established criminal law firm based in Maroochydore, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional full-time receptionist to support the daily operations of our firm.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our firm, you will work closely with a small team of solicitors and clerks, ensuring seamless front‑desk operations and delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
* Handling initial enquiries from new clients
* Scheduling appointments and diary management
* Assisting with file management and billing
* Coordinating conference room bookings
* Maintaining office presentation, including reception and waiting areas
* Performing general administrative and secretarial duties (scanning, photocopying, etc.)
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Exceptional client service and communication skills (verbal & written)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
* Professional presentation and a dependable work ethic
* Respect for confidentiality and discretion
* Attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Smokeball is an advantage)
