Consultant Intensivist opportunity in the coastal town of Geraldton, Western Australia, offering a competitive remuneration package and the chance to contribute to a well-established critical care team.
Geraldton Hospital is a modern regional facility in WA's Mid West region. This permanent role provides opportunities for clinical leadership, service development, and ongoing growth of critical care services while delivering high-quality care to the local community.
Remuneration and Benefits
* Competitive Salary Package of up to $534k (up to $514k from September 2025, then $534k from September 2026).
* Inclusive of 12% employer superannuation contributions and a generous professional development allowance.
* Salary Packaging: Access to salary packaging arrangements up to $19,000 p.a.
* Generous Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave, 3 weeks professional development leave, 10 days sick leave, plus other forms of leave for compassionate or cultural reasons.
* Professional Development allowance of $33k per annum – paid with your salary.
* Opportunity to supervise trainees, participate in quality improvement and research.

* Join and contribute to a well-established multidisciplinary team within the intensive care service.
* Contribute to service development, clinical leadership and ongoing growth of critical care services.
* Deliver high-quality patient care to the local community.

Selection Criteria
* Hold FCICM or equivalent.
* First-class verbal and written communication skills.
* Personable and collaborative working style.
* Experience within MDT settings.
* Experience in clinical governance initiatives and quality improvement activities.
