We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, ready to take the next steps in their career as a Room Leader at our established centre in Mandogalup.
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
* Deliver day‑to‑day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
* Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
What you bring to the table:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
* A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
* A warm and caring personality.
* Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
* A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
