Your Role in Customer Success


We aim to bring together all post-sales customer experiences under one unified framework.



* Be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, engaging proactively with various teams.

* Leverage expertise to increase adoption and utilization of capabilities.



Responsibilities:



* Develop relationships with complex customers and help departments unleash value through education and enablement.

* Visit client locations regularly to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal.



You will succeed if you have 6+ years of experience managing complex Government customers, strong relationship-building skills, and commercial outlook.



Key Skills and Qualifications



* Australian Government Security Clearance

* Strong technical skills
