**About the role**
As our **Agribusiness Support Officer - Documents**you will report to the **Team Manager Documents**and you will assist with the preparation of customer loan and security documentation whilst maintaining a high quality of customer service through telephone support. You will maintain accurate document management and archiving and assist with any administrative tasks and reporting functions as delegated by your Team Manager.
As the **Agribusiness Support Officer - Documents**you will regularly build and maintain effective relationships with Government liaisons whilst also maintaining effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff within the business. These relationships will run concurrently with various stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure a smooth customer experience within the loans processing workflow
**About you**
As our new **Agribusiness Support Officer - Documents** **,**you will bring the following skills**:
- Experience in an administrative, banking or conveyancing environment where organisational skills, attention to detail and a focus on customer needs is valued.
- An understanding of the Agribusiness environment would be desirable but not essential
- Knowledge and experience of securities documentation requirements, and/or customer service experience.
- A proactive approach to identify customers' needs where appropriate and providing outstanding value.
- The ability to work well within a team environment and able to balance/ prioritise own work with that of the team's activities.

This role is a full time, **12 month Secondment/Fixed term Contract,** based at any of any of our head office location
