Immersive Experience Providers
We are seeking immersive experience providers to work with our DARKFIELD experiences at Adelaide Fringe Festival. As an immersive experience provider, you will ensure that all guests have a unique and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to audiences and promote tickets
• Brief audiences on safety procedures and adhere to them
• Usher audiences in and out of the experience, prioritizing health, safety, and visitor experience
• Contribute to nightly reports on venue operations and attendance
• Utilize ticketing systems and cross-platform messaging via a provided mobile device
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills for effective audience engagement
• General interest in arts and entertainment sectors
• Technical experience in a similar role or within the performing arts and theatre
• Ability to engage confidently with large groups
