Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall efficient and effective management and operation of the restaurant. This role involves maintaining a complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and procedures at all times to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
* Supervise staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation
* Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
* Maintain accurate records of sales, labor costs, and expenses
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in supervisory or management roles in QSR, restaurants, or hospitality industries
* Completed Food Safety Supervisors course
* Completed (or willingness to undertake) Responsible Service of Alcohol course
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good understanding of written operation and financial reports
* High level of management and conflict resolution skills
