The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager - NQ & CQ, you will be responsible for managing a variety of customer accounts and a team of mechanical service technicians in the CQ region including Mackay, Rockhampton and Gladstone, ensuring all contractual requirements are delivered upon to a high standard. Some of key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing customer accounts and service delivery
- Leading and managing a small team of field service technicians
- Planning and overseeing job scheduling, resourcing, and performance
- Achieving revenue, gross margin, and other financial targets
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships
What makes you stand out
Ideal candidates will have proven experience providing both excellent customer service and employee management within an HVAC&R; Service environment, and;
- Have solid communication and customer service skills
- Display leadership qualities to effectively manage a team of HVAC&R; tradespeople
- Be conscientious, with an ability to manage both internal and external facing elements of their role
- Financial literacy: interpreting budgets, forecasts, and trends
