About the role
As an Fire Alarm Technician at Brown Enterprises Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of a range of fire alarm systems. This full-time position in Townsville, QLD will see you working on-site at various locations, providing expert technical support to deliver exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
* Installing, programming and testing fire alarm systems
* Carrying out scheduled maintenance and repairs on existing alarm systems
* Responding to callouts for system faults and malfunctions
* Providing technical support and guidance to customers
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in electrical, electronics or security systems
* Demonstrated experience as an alarm technician or similar role
* Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
* A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach to your work
* A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
* QBCC Licence is required and applicants will not be looked at if they don't carry the appropriate licence
