**Overview**

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the City Operations Manager will oversee all operations including but not limited to: Member On-boarding, Exchange, Terminations, Deliveries, Vehicle Management. Supported by a team of Member Success Representatives and Team Leaders, they will manage the fleet, member journey

The City Operations Manager will have a direct impact on the growth of the state, and will also take part in recruitment activities. Successfully managing the development of their Member Success Representatives, supporting them through periods of change management and creating an environment for them to be successful.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Own the customer life cycle, and be solely responsible for the end to end Customer Experience
- Establish internal relationships with other Operations Managers in each state and work cross functionally to develop new concepts and innovative approaches to achieving our objectives
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with on-demand app providers in the local state (eg Uber and local government bodies).
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the state's Operation. Including commentary around key metrics, action items and strategic initiatives. You need to have a keen eye for Data.
- Maintain the fleet in the state according to the guidelines set by the Fleet team.
- Maximize utilisation by minimizing time off road at repairers working collaboratively with our Accident and Damage team
- Own risk and compliance for the state ensuring fleet and customer policy is met and adhered to

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in managing an operational team in a B2C environment.
- Prior Fleet Management experience preferred.
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, operating environment.
- A working knowledge of the on-demand economy and specifically Uber preferred.
- The ability to build rapport and make staff feel comfortable and excited to be involved in the business.
- Ideally hold a university degree or Management/Leadership qualifications (3+ years experience is relevant roles preferred)
- Ideally experienced in the rental car, fleet finance or fleet related industry
