**Medical Administration Assistant Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to support our surgeons, physicians, and physiotherapists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and managing patient inquiries
* Scheduling patient appointments for all locations and medical disciplines
* Managing general admin tasks such as faxing, emailing, document management, scanning, etc.
* Clinic management, including preparation, surgical procedure bookings, checking patients in/out of appointments, obtaining test results, organizing necessary follow-up tests or appointments, and invoicing and receipting payments.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fantastic telephone manner and customer service skills
* Strong computer literacy skills with a focus on data integrity
* Accountability, initiative, enthusiasm, and a good work ethic
* The maturity to remain calm, focused, and able to navigate through competing tasks/requests and priorities
Preferred Experience
Previous experience within the medical sector managing surgeons and/or specialists is preferred but not required.
