As a Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our full-service hotel. What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
* Supervising and training bar staff to deliver a high level of service
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
* Assisting with inventory management
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar duty manager or management role within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional patron experiences
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding patron expectations
* Availability must include weekends and nights
