Job Description
* Collaborate with Digital and ICT teams to integrate data between legacy systems and the new Microsoft CRM solution.
* Build, maintain, and support integrations using Workato, with opportunities for training and upskilling.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration workflows.
* Develop and maintain integration processes for key organisational functions, such as:
o Syncing counselling sessions into CRM
o Tracking patient accommodation and transport services
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable integration solutions.
* Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to data modelling, system optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant Skills & Experience
* Previous Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience, ideally with CRM and/or Fundraising & Engagement.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
* Strong experience with T‐SQL.
* Development experience in two or more of the following technology areas:
Integration Platforms
* Workato
* Logic Apps
* Azure Data Factory
Microsoft Power Platform
* Power Automate
* Power Apps
* Power BI
* Copilot Studio
Database Tools
* SQL Server
* Azure Data Studio
