Main Responsibilities:
* Client Administration: You will be handling client information, scheduling appointments, and managing client records.
* Facility Tours: As a Care Administrator, you will be required to conduct tours of our facility, showcasing its amenities and services.
* General Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for performing various administrative duties such as data entry, mail sorting, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Candidate Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, basic computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
