Our Geelong Store seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our concession store within Myer. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion, people and visual merchandising.
As a successful Store Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of your store, including customer service, sales budgets, stock control, recruitment and reporting. You will lead a high-performing team and drive business results through effective management and leadership skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
* Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
* Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding sales targets;
* Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills;
* Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
* Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers;
* An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
* Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and
* A love for fashion and a desire to be a brand ambassador.
