About You
* Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (5th year completed - Masters Degree for Psychology applicants)
* Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Innovative mindset: bring new ideas to the table
The Role
* Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals experiencing sudden changes in career goals and circumstances
* Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new career paths
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop, implement, and monitor programs to facilitate injured employees' return to work
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured workers and educate employers on the benefits of good work practices
