Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus
* Ensuring high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times
* Collaborate with Head Chef in developing the menu and creating new recipes
* Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas
* Accept deliveries and check invoices, weight and dates of product
* Breakfast and pastry experience is a plus
* Handle dine-in and takeaway orders on time
Qualifications
Certificate 3 & 4 in Commercial Cookery; Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus
