About the Role:
The Clinician will provide focused psychological strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of people accessing our service within a community-based mental health care setting. This involves working collaboratively across health service networks to plan and coordinate individualised psychosocial interventions based on a case formulation approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement brief and ongoing interventions, manage risk, and create care plans that cater to the unique needs of individuals.
* Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, relevant service systems, and consumers to respond appropriately to mental health and developmental needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require
* Expertise in delivering comprehensive assessments, interventions, and risk management
* A strong understanding of case formulation and individualised psychosocial planning
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
