Fox & Lillie is the company's wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company's rural services business.
Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 15 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.
About the Role
We are seeking a Store Person / Forklift operator to join our team at the Wagga Wool Store.
In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of the wool store
* Help with wool receivals, testing, and shipping
* Load and unload trucks (Forklift operation)
* Handle wool, including pressing
* Assist with scheduling wool pickups
* Perform on-farm pickups (MR / HR truck license)
* Ongoing career development and mentoring for motivated individuals
About You
* Experienced in a similar role or related field
* Able to work unsupervised and show initiative
* Computer and data entry skills
* Highly motivated and self-driven
* Holding a forklift certification
* MR / HR truck license desirable or willingness to obtain
* A great communicator with a desire to work in a team and build a long-term career
