About the Role
Gage Roads Freo is one of Perth's busiest hospitality venues — a working craft brewery on the Fremantle waterfront with capacity for 1,500 guests, open all-day, seven days a week. This is a high-volume kitchen that demands consistency, speed, and pride in output.
You'll own the pizza section — hand-stretching dough, managing a wood-fired oven, controlling stock and ordering, and keeping your section clean and compliant. You'll lead and mentor your assistant/s, contributing to a strong team culture across kitchen and FOH.
