The Role
As the Order Processing Representative, you will be reporting to an inspiring Administration Manager and working with a close-knit team, where you’ll provide exceptional service to clients and ensure orders run smoothly.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm – ideal for early risers!
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to product inquiries with exceptional customer service.
* Process and manage customer orders with accuracy.
* Update customer details and coordinate deliveries.
* Generate invoices and handle general data entry tasks.

About You
* Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order Processing, Order Management or Order Entry
