This role will predominantly support our Accounts Payable function, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, financial controls are maintained, and internal stakeholders are well supported.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Services Manager and working within a collaborative finance team, you will provide financial, administrative and clerical services, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable while also supporting broader finance functions as required.
While the preferred location is Mildura, we are open to hybrid or remote arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (Primary Focus)
1. Review and process invoices in accordance with GST requirements
2. Ensure invoices are correctly authorised and coded to location/business units
3. Process creditor payments within agreed credit terms
4. Undertake month-end creditor reconciliations
5. Manage supplier queries and maintain strong vendor relationships
