SUMMARY OF ROLE DETAILS
Permanent, Full Time, based in either Sydney NSW or Preston VIC.
We're looking for an Account Director to drive growth through high-impact relationships across top-tier financial institutions, acquirers, and payment innovators. You'll oversee large-scale projects across the end-to-end payments ecosystem, backed by teams of passionate delivery experts, driving revenue and growth targets to ensure that Ingenico's strategic goals are met.
What you can expect
* You'll be a trusted partner to Tier-1 banks, merchant acquirers and global payments organisations.
* Craft and own strategic account plans
* Lead complex commercial negotiations
* Deliver revenue growth and shape key business initiatives
* Collaborate across Delivery, Legal, R&D, Finance, and more
* Manage the end-to-end process of identifying and engaging new sales opportunities, engaging prospects across long and complex sales cycles, including formal bid/RFP structures.
* Leadership responsibilities for an Account Manager and Customer Operations Manager while fostering a high-performance culture
What You'll Bring
* 7+ years leading enterprise accounts (preferably in payments/finance)
* A proven track record achieving KPIs through collaboration
* Strong executive presence with experience in building C-suite trust and alignment
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
* Degree or postgraduate qualifications in business, finance, accounting or a related field is preferred but not essential
