As an Assistant Store Manager with our organization, you will play a key role in leading daily operations, achieving store sales targets, and mentoring and coaching team members to support their growth and development.

* Lead by Example: Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance, driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
* Develop and Coach: Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
* Operational Excellence: Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation to maintain a high-quality store environment.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A proven track record of leadership experience in a retail or related environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
* Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
