This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday looking after 2 schools, the ideal candidate will be in the Redlands Bay area.

About The Role
As the Site Facilities Manager, you will be the go-to expert ensuring school facilities run smoothly, safely and cost effectively. You will manage subcontractors, oversee maintenance plans and drive compliance – all while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
* Lead subcontractor management and ensure quality, safety and value
* Deliver services aligned with KPIs and contractual obligations
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance with WHS and legislative standards
* Manage site safety inductions and routine maintenance plans
* Communicate effectively with school staff, clients and contractors
* Be available for on call support as required
What You Will Bring
* Experience in facilities management, maintenance engineering or asset maintenance
* Strong understanding of WHS and FM systems
* Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
* A valid Blue Card working with children
