Here at Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network, the Administration Officer Level 3 position is responsible for the administrative support in the health centre. The role includes a high level of diligence and accuracy with the handling of information including filing, assembly, retrieval, culling and tracking of medical records. This position is responsible for the administrative and secretarial support for the Health Centre, Nursing Unit Manager and Nurse Manager. The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems of JH&FMHN, and in line with both the NSW Health Code of Conduct and JH&FMHN Code of Conduct.
