Responsibilities
The Service Delivery Specialist ensures accurate and efficient execution of provisioning and number porting across Symbio's products and services. The role involves managing service orders, responding to customer queries, and providing timely resolutions aligned with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Standards.
* Process service orders and provisioning requests
* Manage number porting (local and mobile)
* Handle tickets, calls, and customer queries
* Work closely with internal teams and carriers to resolve issues
* Jump on escalations and drive them through to resolution
* Keep systems updated and documentation clean and accurate
Qualifications
* Experience in telco or IT operations
* A solid understanding of NBN, VoIP/SIP, or mobile provisioning
* Experience working with tickets, orders, or fulfilment processes
* Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple requests
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
