This is a senior leadership position where you will lead a busy store with a large team, creating an exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty
* Drive consistent service standards across multiple departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience
* Hitting sales targets and managing budgets
* Using data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities
* Leading back-of-house teams with high-volume deliveries
* Managing underperformance and maintaining team standards

Requirements
* Experience coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty
* Proven ability to drive consistent service standards across multiple departments
* BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets
* COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS: Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management
* PEOPLE LEADERSHIP: Experience managing department managers or large full-time teams
