About The Role
Operating within the Office of the Major External Programs (Government), this role leads the acceleration of ACU's precinct blueprint and implementation framework, translating strategic intent into coordinated, deliverable programs.
You will drive momentum from concept to execution, overseeing sequencing, governance and delivery across complex, multi‐stakeholder initiatives. With a high degree of autonomy, this role manages senior relationships, shapes program architecture and ensures alignment between policy objectives, funding frameworks and institutional priorities.
This is a senior program role for someone who thrives in influence‐led environments, balancing strategy, delivery and collaboration across academia, government, industry and community.

* Lead the acceleration of ACU's precinct blueprint and implementation framework, translating strategic intent into coordinated, deliverable programs.
* Drive momentum from concept to execution, overseeing sequencing, governance and delivery across complex, multi‐stakeholder initiatives.
* Manage senior relationships, shape program architecture and ensure alignment between policy objectives, funding frameworks and institutional priorities.

* Total remuneration valued at $138,111 – $154,409 per annum (pro‐rata), including a salary component of $116,706 – $130,478 per annum (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed‐term staff.
* Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary (pro‐rata), payable depending on commencement date.
